Description

  • Own listing content and SEO work, including keyword research, copy updates, A+ content, backend search terms, and bulk uploads.
  • Optimize Amazon listings for AI tools and manage indexation, keyword tracking, and A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Develop main image optimization ideas, write design briefs, and manage A+, Premium A+, and Brand Store creative end to end.
  • Handle daily Seller Central operations, including suppressed ASINs, catalog errors, Seller Support cases, pricing, inventory, Buy Box, and account health.
  • Manage client communication, provide operational updates, prepare biweekly decks, and maintain 30/60/90-day account strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with the Graphic Designer by providing clear briefs, reviewing assets, managing revisions, and securing approvals before upload.
  • Maintain ClickUp task tracking, capture meeting action items, and flag blockers immediately.
  • Develop growth strategies with the Brand Manager and PPC Specialist, including keyword alignment, TACoS targets, and category-specific initiatives.
  • Submit daily check-ins and weekly summaries, and build SOPs and documentation for account management processes.
  • Maintain client data, task records, and documentation in Airtable, Google Drive, and related tools.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to keep clients informed proactively.
  • Knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, listing copy, and indexation.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and responsive to client messages.
  • Comfort with AI tools and automation, including Claude AI and Google Gemini.
  • Ability to manage 10-12 accounts and coordinate a Graphic Designer's daily workload.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and bring solutions.
  • Mastery of Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Data Dive, ClickUp, Slack, Notion, Figma, MyRealProfit, tl;dv, Listing Optimizations AI, Google Workspace, Airtable, and Zoom.
  • Completion of tutorial and onboarding videos for all listed tools before the start date.
