Description

  • Build and optimize AI communication pipelines for classifying inbound messages and generating contextual responses.
  • Implement human approval gates for AI-generated communications.
  • Transform enrichment data into structured pre-call sales intelligence briefs.
  • Develop and maintain the RAG system, including vector search, embeddings, chunking, and semantic retrieval.
  • Build and automate the trend intelligence engine to process feeds and generate reports, forecasts, and content drafts.
  • Develop the multi-agent content quality pipeline with outline, audit, and generate stages and quality gates.
  • Automate lead qualification using product data, market insights, scoring, and audit reporting.
  • Build AI executive assistant workflows for Slack operations, scheduling, email triage, and follow-ups.
  • Improve client performance insight pipelines, LLM retrieval quality, and real-time tool use in model workflows.
  • Add observability, dashboards, metrics, and cost/performance optimization across AI systems.

Requirements

  • Production LLM experience with Claude, OpenAI, or similar models in real systems.
  • Experience building RAG systems, including embeddings, retrieval, chunking, and context handling.
  • 3+ years of experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Strong React development skills.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, including queries, migrations, and indexing.
  • Experience integrating APIs such as REST, OAuth, and webhooks.
  • Linux server experience, including SSH, logs, debugging, and deployments.
  • Experience with multi-agent LLM systems is a strong plus.
  • Anthropic Claude expertise is a strong plus.
  • Experience with vector search and embeddings is a strong plus.
  • Slack API experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with ad platform APIs such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn is a strong plus.
  • Experience with LLM observability, including cost, tracing, and monitoring, is a strong plus.
  • Amazon or eCommerce experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code is a strong plus.
