Description

  • Lead advisory support for a portfolio of GHX Value Analysis clients across assigned accounts.
  • Ensure clients are realizing value from GHX Value Analysis through proactive engagement and adoption strategies.
  • Identify client pain points, value opportunities, and success paths using hospital supply chain experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals and sharing industry and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Lumere’s Services team to delegate and escalate client requests.
  • Support senior Solution Advisors with complex, high-touch clients and client initiatives.
  • Handle client requests related to training, configuration, and account planning.
  • Plan and execute user events such as user group meetings, best-practice trainings, and success-story sessions.
  • Monitor client health, implementation, and CISC growth reports to identify risk and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to scalable client content such as user guides, presentations, best-practice recommendations, webinars, and blog posts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in hospital operations, strategic sourcing, value analysis, or related external consulting/support roles.
  • Experience with forward-thinking best practices in hospital supply chain or value analysis.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly identify root causes, form hypotheses, and execute solutions.
  • Ability to influence and communicate complex ideas to senior leaders in health systems.
  • Team-oriented with a strong doer mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced growth-company environment.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% as needed.
