Description

  • Own and prioritize the sprint backlog for assigned platform and technical domains, balancing technical debt, reliability, and roadmap commitments.
  • Translate platform and technical requirements into epics, user stories, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Convert product vision and roadmap goals into actionable backlog items that support platform enablement, scalability, reliability, and technical debt reduction.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews for assigned teams.
  • Partner with Portfolio Management, Engineering leads, architects, and security teams on technically sound platform decisions aligned with product direction.
  • Represent technical requirements in prioritization decisions and communicate platform capability needs to the development team.
  • Use technical discovery with Engineering leads and internal consumers to inform backlog priorities.
  • Communicate platform capability releases to internal consumers and Engineering teams in coordination with Product and Technology leadership.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned platform and technical domains, supporting onboarding tooling and organizational education.
  • Escalate technical risks, platform dependencies, and roadmap gaps to Portfolio leadership and maintain alignment on priorities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of professional experience, preferably in product ownership, project management, or business analysis.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development.
  • Established background in launching software services in partnership with Engineering teams.
  • High proficiency in prototyping and iterative development.
  • Experience working within an Agile scrum team environment.
  • Well-versed in agile scrum and comfortable working across a multifaceted delivery network.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders.
  • High degree of organization, initiative, and personal accountability.
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare IT, supply chain, or SaaS environments.
  • Preferred: familiarity with B2B integration or EDI transaction workflows, including 810, 855, and 850 document standards.
  • Preferred: familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, AI-assisted product tools, and agile tooling.
  • Preferred: experience in platform and integration-oriented technical domains, preferably within an operations-driven environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
