Description

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution for Content Engineering teams and leaders.
  • Deliver business- and customer-focused roadmaps for the Content Engineering portfolio.
  • Guide engineering work across Content Workbench, Price Workbench, and Contract Management services.
  • Lead and mentor geo-distributed leaders and teams to build a high-performance organization.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships across the organization, including with executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Drive strategy development, project management, analysis, problem solving, and people development.
  • Oversee financial planning, budget decisions, and forecasting for technology solutions.
  • Support architecture, engineering process, and SDLC practices for mission-critical SaaS services.
  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines with security scans, code quality scans, unit testing, and automated testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 15+ years of software engineering experience in a SaaS environment.
  • 7+ years of engineering leadership experience.
  • Experience managing large teams of 40+ people.
  • Experience building and leading geo-distributed teams.
  • Deep domain experience in data, SaaS, and system architecture.
  • Strong experience with cloud-based SaaS services, API and UI frameworks, and microservice architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI and agentic frameworks.
  • Experience with high-availability architecture and design for mission-critical applications.
  • Experience with offshore development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including work with cross-functional partners and executives.

Benefits

  • Estimated salary of $150,000 - $214,000 plus bonus.
