Description

  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships to increase understanding and utilization of Managed Services products.
  • Provide support to customers and coworkers via phone, email, and onsite for escalations and product issues.
  • Monitor customer quality metrics and implement resolutions when performance falls below acceptable levels.
  • Develop campaigns to re-engage customers and improve customer KPIs.
  • Lead implementation of managed services solutions for new customers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and use presentation materials for onsite and WebEx customer meetings.
  • Mentor team members, refine processes, and improve resource materials.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Delivery to oversee the implementation process.
  • Resolve technical problems by identifying root causes and gathering needed data with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate launch schedules for assigned product offerings and ensure staffing needs are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of related healthcare or account management experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Experience with project management, customer success, training, and/or customer service.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment as a lead resource.
  • Internet savvy with computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including exceptional phone presence.
  • Ability to work independently and determine new methods and procedures for existing or special assignments.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and multi-priority management skills.
  • Account management or relatable experience preferred.
