Description

  • Partner with private equity and corporate clients to assess, develop, and coach fund-level investors, CEOs, C-suite executives, and leadership teams across portfolios, functions, and geographies.
  • Deliver actionable insights and high-impact recommendations on leadership challenges, organizational effectiveness, and team capability building.
  • Advise clients on CEO succession, leadership development, team effectiveness, and other critical talent priorities.
  • Lead client engagements by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, identifying solutions, and driving strategic outcomes that shape client strategies.
  • Cultivate and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with executive-level clients and influence decision-making through empathy and evidence.
  • Design and implement assessment and development interventions that improve leadership performance and team outcomes.
  • Empower client teams and internal colleagues to implement recommendations and achieve measurable improvements in leadership and organizational performance.

Requirements

  • MBA, PhD, or registered organisational psychologist preferred; typically 7+ years of relevant experience in leadership advisory, strategy consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success advising senior executives, boards, or private equity clients on leadership and talent matters.
  • Exceptional ability to build and sustain relationships with senior-level clients and influence at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to generate insights from complex qualitative and quantitative data sets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, lead multiple client projects, and drive engagements to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting complex ideas to executive audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for leadership development and organizational performance.
  • Fluency in English and German (required).
