Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product education through chat and email.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems, including issues related to web applications, automations, and integrations.
  • Coordinate solutions with IT and management to resolve customer issues.
  • Translate technical concepts into simple language to help customers build successful businesses.
  • Handle onboarding calls with customers.
  • Work according to a rotating schedule of 5 days per week in 8-hour shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM.

Requirements

  • Excellent English and Polish language skills at a minimum C1 level.
  • Additional language skills such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French, or Russian are an asset.
  • Online marketing acumen and a basic understanding of how web applications work, including APIs, integrations, and data flow.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and tools.
  • Comfort navigating new tools, systems, and technical concepts.
  • Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple interactions at the same time.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, including willingness to improve speed typing.
  • Outgoing, customer-oriented personality with an upbeat attitude.
  • Willingness to speak with customers over the phone or via Teams calls.
