Description

  • Visit patients in their homes or offices and travel to and from appointments.
  • Collect blood samples and process specimens using safe and accurate procedures.
  • Drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy in specimen handling and collection.
  • Communicate closely with the operations and patient experience teams during business hours.
  • Adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Deliver a thoughtful, compassionate, and high-quality patient experience at every visit.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting scheduled early-morning appointments.

Requirements

  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
  • 1 year of phlebotomy experience, with mobile phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Experience processing samples.
  • Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive in the dark for early appointments as early as 5am.
  • Ability to physically access patients and navigate homes, including kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting, reaching, and climbing stairs.
  • Ability to carry 15 pounds while walking.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
