Description

  • Visit patients in their homes or offices and travel to and from appointments.
  • Collect blood samples and process specimens using safe, accurate phlebotomy procedures.
  • Drop off samples at patient service centers or laboratories as needed.
  • Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience teams during business hours.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Provide patients with a friendly, empathetic, and compassionate experience.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
  • Navigate patient homes safely, including stairs and physically demanding access requirements.

Requirements

  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
  • 1 year of phlebotomy experience, with mobile phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Experience processing samples.
  • Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive in the dark for early appointments, as early as 5:00 a.m.
  • Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, sit, reach, climb stairs, and carry up to 15 pounds while walking.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a bonus qualification.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required for employees in contact with patients.
