Description

  • Supervise mobile phlebotomists across one or more geographic markets.
  • Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day market operations.
  • Assess work performance and conduct appointment reviews for compliance, quality, and safety.
  • Report findings accurately and administer disciplinary action when appropriate.
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new mobile phlebotomists.
  • Complete new hire and annual competency assessments for team members.
  • Maintain accurate order and patient appointment records.
  • Conduct performance reviews and handle employee concerns and grievances.
  • Review schedules regularly and make staffing adjustments as needed.
  • Plan and manage a budget.
  • Handle customer service issues and manager-level escalations across calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Review and approve team timecards and expenses.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of management experience in a leadership position.
  • Phlebotomy certification from AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
  • In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy duties, responsibilities, and techniques is preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency with Google applications; Google Suite experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to embrace new technology.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity in the absence of defined systems and processes.
  • Must be located on the East Coast and in the EST time zone.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required for employees who are in contact with patients.
