Description

  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365, including user lifecycle management, conditional access, MFA, license assignments, and directory synchronization.
  • Manage Google Workspace administration, including users, groups, organizational units, sharing policies, security settings, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Maintain Salesforce user access and support configuration changes, data integrity efforts, and basic workflow automation in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and partner with Finance and Operations on access, integrations, and system configuration.
  • Own administration of additional SaaS tools such as Slack, Okta, Zoom, Atlassian, and DocuSign, including provisioning, license optimization, and support.
  • Enforce least-privilege access, conduct periodic access reviews, and support audit and compliance activities such as SOC 2.
  • Identify and implement automation and integration opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data flows across platforms.
  • Maintain documentation for administered systems, provide end-user training, and handle helpdesk escalations.
  • Track SaaS contracts, license utilization, and renewal timelines, and recommend ways to optimize spend and licensing.
  • Support and improve the employee technology experience across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of hands-on SaaS administration experience in a corporate IT or business operations environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including conditional access, identity governance, and license management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
  • Experience administering Salesforce; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP/financial system.
  • Understanding of SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA, and identity lifecycle management; Okta experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing and ITSM systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
  • Ability to troubleshoot cross-platform issues and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work with limited supervision and drive projects to completion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Relevant vendor certifications in Microsoft, Google, or Salesforce are a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, or SC-300 are a plus.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, or the broader Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Intune or Jamf is a plus.
  • Experience supporting a hardware, manufacturing, or robotics company is a plus.
  • Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001 audit processes is a plus.
