Description

  • Supervise, mentor, and support mobile phlebotomists across one or more geographical markets.
  • Manage day-to-day field operations, including supply chain, distribution, appointment assignment, and routing.
  • Review work performance, appointments, and compliance for quality and safety, and report findings accurately.
  • Maintain accurate recordkeeping and ensure adherence to medical protocols and patient appointment documentation.
  • Provide hands-on phlebotomy guidance and technical support, including centrifuge troubleshooting.
  • Handle employee grievances, customer service escalations, and manager-level patient communications with empathy.
  • Interview, hire, onboard, and train new mobile phlebotomists.
  • Conduct new hire and annual competency assessments, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Review schedules, assign work, approve timecards and expenses, and manage budgets.
  • Provide coverage and travel to perform mobile phlebotomy duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be located within 20-30 miles of Boston, MA.
  • At least 2 years of management experience in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy duties, responsibilities, and techniques is preferred.
  • Experience with medical equipment, especially centrifuges, is a significant plus.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong public speaking ability and business acumen to represent Getlabs professionally.
  • Competency with Google applications; Google Suite experience is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team, handle ambiguity, and take a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
