Description

Build, maintain, and improve BI tables and data models that power company reporting.
Develop and manage dashboards used by Operations, Finance, Business Development, and Clinical Quality.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of key metrics across the organization.
Troubleshoot and improve reporting and analytics workflows.
Analyze appointment routing, logistics, and phlebotomist utilization to improve efficiency.
Support supply and demand planning and resource allocation across markets.
Build models to evaluate new market expansion opportunities.
Conduct geographic and partner-level analyses to inform growth decisions.
Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for top enterprise partners.
Investigate partner questions and performance issues through ad hoc analyses.
Collaborate with Business Development on feasibility and sizing for new partnerships.
Analyze cancellations, reschedules, and service quality metrics to improve patient outcomes and experience.
Perform root cause analyses to identify operational and quality improvement opportunities.
Calculate projections for financial forecasts, including B2B and DTC demand.
Assess quarter-over-quarter financial performance and performance against budget.

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, finance, or a related role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Public Health, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel modeling, and BI tools such as Looker, Mode, or Tableau.
Experience with a coding language such as Python or R is preferred.
Ability to effectively and responsibly leverage AI tools for data analysis is helpful.
Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
Comfort working cross-functionally and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to own both high-impact strategic work and day-to-day analytics needs.
High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust and navigate ambiguity.
Experience in a healthcare, operations, or growth analytics environment is implied but not explicitly required.
