Description

  • Build, maintain, and improve BI tables and data models that power company reporting.
  • Develop and manage dashboards used by Operations, Finance, Business Development, and Clinical Quality.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of key metrics across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and improve reporting and analytics workflows.
  • Analyze appointment routing, logistics, and phlebotomist utilization to improve efficiency.
  • Support supply and demand planning and resource allocation across markets.
  • Build models to evaluate new market expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct geographic and partner-level analyses to inform growth decisions.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for top enterprise partners.
  • Investigate partner questions and performance issues through ad hoc analyses.
  • Collaborate with Business Development on feasibility and sizing for new partnerships.
  • Analyze cancellations, reschedules, and service quality metrics to improve patient outcomes and experience.
  • Perform root cause analyses to identify operational and quality improvement opportunities.
  • Calculate projections for financial forecasts, including B2B and DTC demand.
  • Assess quarter-over-quarter financial performance and performance against budget.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, finance, or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Public Health, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel modeling, and BI tools such as Looker, Mode, or Tableau.
  • Experience with a coding language such as Python or R is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively and responsibly leverage AI tools for data analysis is helpful.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to own both high-impact strategic work and day-to-day analytics needs.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust and navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience in a healthcare, operations, or growth analytics environment is implied but not explicitly required.
