Description

  • Partner with Creative Strategists to shape creative strategy for large, multi-country accounts.
  • Develop creative testing roadmaps, hypotheses, ideas, and briefs by geographic market.
  • Analyze creative performance, conduct data deep dives, and identify actionable insights.
  • Maintain organized documentation and feedback loops for creative tests and performance.
  • Prepare and present creative audits using performance analysis, competitive research, and persona development.
  • Prepare weekly creative agendas for internal and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with Media, Design, Creative Services, Production, Project Management, and Account teams.
  • Produce thought leadership content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and webinars.
  • Improve processes, build documentation, and support case study development.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of media buying experience in visually driven online channels.
  • Experience using data to inform creative testing recommendations and knowledge of testing methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of visual advertising platforms, including Display/GDN and Mobile App Campaigns.
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence leading client calls.
  • Excellent strategic content creation and writing skills.
  • A strong creative eye and passion for digital advertising creative.
  • Experience working with Creative Services and Production teams preferred.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, urgency, and ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Agency experience and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in the U.S.; DEPT® participates in E-Verify.
