Description

  • Create, manage, and optimize content across the company’s social media platforms.
  • Develop creative social media campaigns that support brand and business goals.
  • Monitor social trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to keep content relevant.
  • Analyze performance metrics and use insights to improve online presence and results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social strategies with broader initiatives.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
  • Maintain an active, consistent, and impactful presence across major social platforms.
  • Support lead generation through social media content and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative thinking with a strong eye for visual aesthetics and trends.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns and audience targeting is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
