Description

  • Analyze existing CRM and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Configure, customize, and manage the Go High Level CRM platform.
  • Design and implement scalable AI-powered automation workflows.
  • Optimize customer interactions, lead management, and internal processes.
  • Integrate AI functionalities into CRM operations to improve service delivery and productivity.
  • Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Develop social media content strategies and oversee platform engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients on CRM, marketing, and automation initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects independently while meeting performance objectives.

Requirements

  • Advanced, master-level experience with Go High Level CRM setup, management, customization, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong expertise in AI automation tools and scalable workflow design.
  • Advanced experience running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, content strategy, and audience engagement.
  • Background in digital marketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
