Requirements

  • Proven experience using Facebook for business or social media marketing.
  • Basic understanding of Facebook algorithms, growth tactics, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing content.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva is a plus.
