Description

  • Develop and implement outreach programs that align with the organization’s mission and address community needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local organizations, businesses, community leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Represent Genius Agency AI at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote services and mission.
  • Develop promotional materials and deliver presentations to raise awareness of programs and services.
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from community members to inform program improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate outreach efforts and align on community engagement goals.
  • Manage multiple outreach initiatives and maintain organized records of partnerships and activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in community outreach, social work, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in public speaking and comfort representing an organization in various settings.
  • Knowledge of community resources and a passion for supporting underserved populations.
  • Commitment to community engagement and ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools preferred.
