Description

  • Reach out to potential clients as the first point of contact.
  • Engage prospects and introduce the company’s offerings.
  • Schedule appointments with the sales or service team.
  • Handle objections while maintaining professionalism.
  • Work independently to meet performance targets.
  • Use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms to manage outreach and scheduling.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse client base in both English and Spanish.
  • Maintain strong organization, time management, and multitasking across daily outreach activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and remain professional at all times.
  • Reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps speed.
  • Functional laptop or desktop computer with webcam and noise-cancelling headset.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
