Description

  • Engage and support existing channel partners and target new partners across the Nordics to grow revenues and demand.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to determine regional program operational needs and set strategic direction.
  • Prepare partner business plans, define performance objectives, and conduct regular partner account reviews.
  • Measure program success, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actions to achieve objectives.
  • Convey product management and offering-transformation information to channel partners in a standardized way across EMEA.
  • Work with field sales teams to identify regional trends and partner needs related to channel performance and opportunities.
  • Act as channel partner spokesperson when required to support regional events, webinars, roundtables, or one-on-one engagements.
  • Prioritize and organize activities to align partner efforts with regional strategy and ensure regular communication with the greater Benelux & Nordics team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the security industry with Video Management Systems and Access Control.
  • Experience managing channel partners and engaging with Director-level stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the full project cycle: end-user through consultancy, design, delivery via integrator channel, support, and customer experience.
  • Proven sales achievement and a track record in technology sales.
  • Strong account management, partnership development, and project management skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience delivering client demonstrations.
  • Business-level English and Danish language skills; Finnish is a plus.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work independently and within a team.
  • Ability to establish credibility and maintain relationships with customers, integrators, and consultants at multiple levels.
  • IP technology understanding and networking expertise and prior SaaS experience are considered assets; strong MS Office skills.
