Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain features on web platforms.
  • Build reusable components for the design system.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers to make design decisions.
  • Optimize platform performance across different locations, browsers, and devices.
  • Improve front-end performance, development experience, and internal processes.
  • Document the front-end codebase.
  • Develop and implement user interface components using React.js workflows and tools.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or a similar field.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation, event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel.
  • Deep understanding of ReactJS fundamentals, including JSX, Virtual DOM, and component lifecycle.
  • Experience with React workflows and tools such as Flux, Redux, Create React App, and related data structure libraries.
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs/GraphQL, HTML/CSS, ES6, and browser capabilities.
  • Experience designing and implementing reusable React components.
  • Knowledge of performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest.
  • Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing tools.
  • Strong communication, time management, project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to resolve urgent application issues outside of business hours.
  • Understanding of OWASP security principles.
  • Proficiency with Git and other code versioning tools.
  • Nice to have: experience with HTML canvas API.
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of front-end authentication handling.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with React hooks.
