Description

  • Manage high volumes of inbound customer calls.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and departmental guidelines when handling calls.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues according to company standards.
  • Maintain customer relationships through active listening and problem-solving.
  • Multitask across several applications in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Customer service representative experience preferred but not required.
  • Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
  • Windows computer and headset meeting specified specifications, including Intel Core i3/i5 or equivalent AMD Ryzen 3/5, 8GB RAM expandable to 16GB, Windows 10 or 11, and 250/500GB storage preferably SSD.
  • Ability to connect to ethernet.
  • Stable internet with at least 50 Mbps speed.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule with reliability and flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7/365 operation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
