Description

  • Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Listen actively to identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Follow call scripts and company guidelines to maintain consistent service quality.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized call logs in the company system.
  • Multitask efficiently while navigating multiple systems and tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints and help maintain ongoing customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • B2 English proficiency is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer representative experience is preferred but not required.
  • Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
  • Schedule flexibility to work 6 days a week between 7am and 12am EST.
  • Must provide a police record from the country of residence.
  • Must provide a copy of a valid ID.
  • Must have a laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or 11; Mac devices are not compatible.
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM, with 16 GB recommended for optimal performance.
  • Modern processor such as Intel i5 or equivalent AMD Ryzen 3 or 5.
  • SSD with at least 250 GB storage.
  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone.
  • Stable energy and internet connection with at least 50 Mbps internet speed.
  • Must be able to connect via Ethernet; wired connection with 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload is strongly preferred over Wi-Fi.
