Description

  • Identify and prospect senior living and retirement communities across South Florida.
  • Reach out to decision makers such as executive directors and administrators.
  • Conduct onsite visits and relationship-building meetings.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from first contact through closing agreements.
  • Present Geeks OnSite services and partnership value clearly and professionally.
  • Handle objections and negotiate agreements with facility leadership.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity.
  • Conduct onsite technology workshops for residents after partnerships are established.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships with partner communities.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or territory sales.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional presence and confidence in client-facing environments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
  • Reliable personal transportation.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, senior living, or community partnership sales.
  • Preferred experience with onsite presentations or group facilitation.
  • Preferred background in relationship-driven or field-based sales roles.
