Description

  • Define the strategy and manage the full lifecycle of core Web3 products.
  • Participate deeply in product architecture design and core module definition.
  • Identify key on-chain and off-chain user and business scenarios and propose innovative product solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and coordinate internal and external resources.
  • Drive products from design through efficient implementation and outcome validation.
  • Monitor industry trends and technology evolution to inform product direction.
  • Make independent judgments on product direction and strategic decisions.
  • Abstract complex business problems into clear product logic and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 3-5+ years of product management experience in Web3.
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of on-chain assets, trading behaviors, and protocol mechanisms.
  • Ability to abstract product logic from complex business scenarios.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional teamwork skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently drive key projects.
  • Strategic thinking and strong product insight, with the ability to identify opportunities in a changing environment.
  • Systematic understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Ability to quickly understand emerging technologies and new business models.
