Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend programs to meet business requirements.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to system performance, security, and scalability.
  • Participate actively in project planning, design, and development to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
  • Write clear technical specification and design documentation.
  • Own and operate underlying authentication systems with strong ownership, proactively identifying and driving fixes to ensure long-term stability and continuous optimization.
  • Effectively manage time and tasks to meet project deadlines and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teammates to iterate on features and maintain a high-reliability platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of Golang project experience.
  • Familiarity with common Go web frameworks such as go-zero, gin, kartos, kitex.
  • Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
  • Good understanding of Go programming patterns and ability to write clean, concise code.
  • Proficiency with mainstream storage engines such as MySQL, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
  • Familiarity with message queues such as Kafka, RocketMQ, or RabbitMQ and their principles.
  • Experience designing and implementing distributed systems and microservices for high-concurrency, high-availability, and high-performance scenarios.
  • High sense of responsibility, good communication and collaboration skills, integrity, initiative, and passion for development.
