Description

  • Plan and design trading product modules covering stocks, ETFs, options, margin trading, market data, account assets, order management, risk control, and trading tools.
  • Translate market rules into product logic, including order types, trading sessions, matching behavior, fee structures, corporate actions, holdings, assets, and exception handling flows.
  • Produce detailed PRDs, interaction flows, prototypes, field logic, calculation formulas, risk rules, backend configuration logic, and launch acceptance criteria.
  • Optimize the order placement, asset display, risk warning, and post-trade review experience for beginner, active, and professional investors.
  • Use market research, competitor analysis, user feedback, and data performance to set product roadmaps and prioritization.
  • Use AI tools to support competitor research, requirement analysis, PRD writing, prototype ideation, data analysis, and identifying financial product opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, QA, operations, compliance, risk, customer support, and marketing teams on solution trade-offs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering production-grade financial trading products from research and design through launch, review, and ongoing iteration.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. stock trading logic, including stocks, ETFs, options, margin trading, order types, holdings, assets, fees, market data, risk controls, and trading sessions.
  • Ability to design complex trading scenarios clearly, including field definitions, calculation logic, exception handling, risk prompts, and backend configuration.
  • Experience driving consensus across engineering, design, testing, operations, compliance, risk, customer support, and marketing teams, with clear communication of trade-offs.
  • Ability to use AI tools responsibly, with awareness of information security, data privacy, compliance constraints, output validation, and post-processing.
  • English communication ability for meetings, emails, requirements documents, or competitor materials is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong stock markets, cross-border investing, internet brokerage products, or securities and fund qualification frameworks is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI product applications in user education, intelligent customer service, investment research support, trading alerts, risk prompts, or operations efficiency is preferred.
