Description

  • Build digital-asset research indicator systems, on-chain data models, and a high-quality RAG knowledge base.
  • Plan and design digital-asset research products that integrate research methods, on-chain data, and AI capabilities.
  • Develop and improve the AI knowledge base, including data source management, data cleaning, labeling, indexing, and evaluation systems.
  • Design on-chain data models and analysis frameworks for core capabilities such as Smart Money, TVL, fund flows, and risk alerts.
  • Use large models, RAG, Agent, and Workflow technologies to productize AI research capabilities.
  • Collaborate with research, data, algorithm, and engineering teams to deliver AI research products.
  • Continuously improve research efficiency and investment decision quality through product iteration and capability enhancement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, data products, research products, or financial engineering; exceptional candidates may be considered with less experience.
  • Experience with financial data platforms, research platforms, quantitative research platforms, or on-chain data analysis platforms is preferred.
  • Strong research and data modeling ability, with the ability to independently design indicator systems, research frameworks, and data models.
  • Ability to translate research logic into product capabilities.
  • Familiarity with on-chain data structures and core concepts such as Tokenomics, fund flows, Smart Money, TVL, and on-chain behavior analysis.
  • Familiarity with RAG, Agent, and Prompt Engineering application stacks, with experience in knowledge engineering or AI research/product implementation preferred.
  • Strong interest in the digital asset industry and ongoing learning in AI Agent-related directions.
