Description

  • Lead the product workstream end-to-end on enterprise transformation programs, including current-state assessment, future-state PDLC design, and PM coaching.
  • Run discovery sessions with client stakeholders and shape prototype and build-enable work into a signed Sprint Charter.
  • Write clean, executable specs that drive prototype, MVP, and Sprint 1 delivery.
  • Design PM training curricula and lead enablement sessions using real delivery work as material.
  • Support client product and engineering teams from kickoff through handoff as an embedded advisor.
  • Define and refine product-facing agents used across engagements, including idea consolidation, spec generation, and PM workflow automation.
  • Provide feedback to improve agent design, prompt configuration, and scoping frameworks for client environments.
  • Co-own product spec artifacts that define how Caylent’s IP is built and evolved.
  • Turn field learnings into improvements to methodology, scoping frameworks, and future-state design templates.
  • Support pre-sales conversations involving product definition, sprint structure, or PDLC maturity assessment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including meaningful time in a client-facing, embedded, or consulting role.
  • Experience working directly with product teams on discovery processes, PDLC design, and spec practices.
  • Experience or demonstrated capability using Agentic AI to facilitate product management activities.
  • Strong facilitation skills for running working sessions and driving ambiguous input toward signed-off decisions.
  • Ability to write clean, executable specs for engagement deliverables and client coaching.
  • Technical fluency to scope prototypes with engineers and participate in spec-to-build handoffs.
  • Ability to hold architecture-level conversations about feasibility and push back when scope does not fit the architecture.
  • Background in professional services, management consulting, or an embedded advisory role is preferred.
  • Experience redesigning how a product function works inside another organization is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-native product workflows, including spec-driven development, LLM-assisted requirements generation, or agentic product tooling, is preferred.
  • Experience with PE portfolio company environments or enterprise engineering organizations navigating modernization is preferred.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted development tooling is preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
