Description

  • Research how beginner, advanced, and professional users choose between copy trading, robot strategies, and self-built strategies, and turn those insights into product decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quantitative research, AI, risk, design, and operations teams to clarify tradeoffs and drive high-quality product launches.
  • Track industry trends in copy trading, quantitative tools, and AI investment products and develop independent product judgment.
  • Lead feature development for classic robot strategy optimization, strategy parameter explainability, AI strategy exploration, strategy performance presentation, and attribution views.
  • Improve trader discovery and trust systems, copy trading configuration and risk controls, multi-product copy trading experiences, and transparency and trust signals.
  • Balance product complexity with user comprehension across trading and strategy workflows.
  • Define goals and product direction proactively when requirements are unclear.
  • Create consensus across technical, research, risk, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in trading behavior and financial products, with the ability to quickly identify the core logic in complex domains.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to define goals and clarify paths independently when requirements are unclear.
  • Understanding of user psychology in risk decision-making scenarios, such as choosing a trader, disabling a robot, adjusting parameters, or losing trust.
  • Strong product judgment on whether complex information is communicated clearly and whether risk presentation could mislead users.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to build alignment across technical, quantitative research, risk, and business teams.
  • Experience with copy trading, social trading, trading robots, or quantitative platform products, preferred.
  • Heavy user of mainstream copy trading or quantitative strategy tools, preferred.
  • Interest in or experience with AI products, especially natural language interaction combined with professional financial tools, preferred.
  • Experience with user research, data analysis, or A/B testing, preferred.
