Description

  • Lead end-to-end coordination of pre-construction activities across cost, schedule, design, and technical workstreams.
  • Serve as the central integration point across PMO, procurement, finance, safety, security, operations, and construction teams.
  • Manage project controls and execution workflows, including purchase orders, invoice review and approval, budget tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead project meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
  • Develop RFPs and RFQs, manage bid processes, perform bid leveling, and support vendor selection.
  • Lead OFCI equipment planning and buyout in partnership with procurement and legal.
  • Oversee third-party consultants for cost estimating, benchmarking, and scheduling, ensuring deliverable accuracy and alignment.
  • Drive cost benchmarking, estimating, and value engineering to help projects meet budget targets.
  • Support development of integrated project schedules, including phasing, sequencing, and critical path alignment.
  • Ensure projects are coordinated and ready for transition into construction with complete scope and minimal downstream risk.
  • Drive standardization of pre-construction processes, tools, and deliverables across projects.
  • Capture lessons learned and support scalable delivery models for future campuses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-construction, construction management, or design coordination for large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical projects such as data centers, industrial facilities, or utility-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of pre-construction processes, including estimating, scheduling, procurement, and design coordination.
  • Experience managing third-party consultants across design, cost estimating or benchmarking, and scheduling workstreams.
  • Working knowledge of MEP, civil, and structural systems.
  • Experience with modular electrical infrastructure design and integration, such as e-house or IPA, preferred.
  • Familiarity with ACC, Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments requiring cross-functional coordination and disciplined execution.
