Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, usable, and standardized across teams.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
Translate business requirements into practical dashboards and reporting solutions.
Present insights in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
Identify reporting gaps, inefficiencies, and process issues using data.
Recommend improvements to workflows and reporting practices.
Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Maintain reporting documentation, definitions, and best practices.
Help improve data organization and reporting structures and support junior analysts where needed.

Requirements

Experience in a business intelligence, analytics, or reporting role with ownership of dashboards and reporting.
Hands-on experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
Ability to translate business needs into data solutions and reporting outputs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for working with teams across regions.
Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements using data.
Ability to maintain documentation, reporting definitions, and best practices.
Experience supporting or guiding junior analysts (preferred).
