Description

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions for internal and external users.
Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver customer value.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Ruby on Rails and other modern programming languages.
Contribute to AI and machine learning initiatives to improve automation and prediction in existing platforms.
Ensure application availability, performance, and security.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across high-volume, high-throughput systems.
Build observability, alerting, and measurement into the software you deliver.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive software innovation.
Stay current on software development trends and technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
Experience building and deploying applications in Ruby on Rails.
Experience decoupling monolithic applications into externalized services with API interfaces.
Strong knowledge of full-stack development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, databases, APIs, server-side technologies, multi-tenancy, workflow orchestration, and saga patterns.
Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize both frontend and backend systems.
Strong interest in AI technologies or experience integrating AI solutions.
Experience in health tech or pharmacy-related industries is preferred.
Experience in supply chain or commerce technology is preferred.
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
Understanding of CI/CD processes and modern development workflows is preferred.
Experience implementing and maintaining backend-for-front-end (BFF) architectures is preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
Must reside in one of the eligible states listed in the posting.

Benefits

Salary range of $124,800 to $156,000.
No commission eligibility.
