Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions for internal and external users.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver customer value.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Ruby on Rails and other modern programming languages.
  • Contribute to AI and machine learning initiatives to improve automation and prediction in existing platforms.
  • Ensure application availability, performance, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across high-volume, high-throughput systems.
  • Build observability, alerting, and measurement into the software you deliver.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive software innovation.
  • Stay current on software development trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
  • Experience building and deploying applications in Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience decoupling monolithic applications into externalized services with API interfaces.
  • Strong knowledge of full-stack development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, databases, APIs, server-side technologies, multi-tenancy, workflow orchestration, and saga patterns.
  • Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize both frontend and backend systems.
  • Strong interest in AI technologies or experience integrating AI solutions.
  • Experience in health tech or pharmacy-related industries is preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain or commerce technology is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and modern development workflows is preferred.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining backend-for-front-end (BFF) architectures is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
  • Must reside in one of the eligible states listed in the posting.

  • Salary range of $124,800 to $156,000.
  • No commission eligibility.
