Description

  • Own the venture's technical direction, including problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment from day one.
  • Translate rough product intent into clear structure, constraints, context, and specs that humans and AI systems can execute against.
  • Build and iterate on the product using modern tools and frontier models while maintaining quality and maintainability.
  • Design agentic systems and make sound choices about when orchestration adds value versus when simpler approaches are better.
  • Serve as the primary technical voice in early customer conversations and use real workflows to shape the product.
  • Focus on traction before scale and validate that the product is worth scaling before expanding the team.
  • Contribute to fundraising efforts, including investor conversations and due diligence.
  • Recruit and grow the technical team when the time is right.
  • Establish the company's technical and cultural foundation as a co-founder.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users under real-world constraints.
  • Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures.
  • Strong system design instincts with a bias for simplicity and maintainability.
  • Ability to translate messy product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specifications.
  • Comfort engaging directly with customers and shaping products around real workflows.
  • Rigorous approach to verification, including feedback loops and evaluation systems.
  • Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader.
  • Fundraising experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to commit full-time and exclusively to building one B2B AI venture from the ground up.
  • Founder-level mindset and comfort working through ambiguity independently.
