Description

  • Set the venture’s technical direction and lead execution from day one.
  • Own problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment.
  • Translate rough product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specifications.
  • Build and iterate on AI-powered systems using modern tools and frontier models.
  • Design agentic systems with a focus on quality, maintainability, and simplicity.
  • Serve as the primary technical voice in early customer conversations.
  • Understand customer workflows and shape product decisions based on real user needs.
  • Contribute to fundraising, including investor conversations and due diligence.
  • Recruit and grow the technical team when the time is right.
  • Help establish the company’s cultural foundation as a co-founder.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users under real-world constraints.
  • Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures.
  • Strong system design instincts with a bias for simplicity and maintainability.
  • Ability to turn messy product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specs.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and letting workflows shape what gets built.
  • Rigorous approach to verification, including feedback loops and evaluation systems.
  • Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader.
  • Fundraising experience is a strong plus.
  • Able to commit full-time and exclusively to a single venture from the ground up.
