Description

  • Own the venture’s technical direction, including problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment from day one.
  • Translate rough product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specifications that humans and AI systems can execute against.
  • Build the product using modern tools and frontier models while balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.
  • Design agentic systems and make first-principles decisions about when orchestration adds value versus when simplicity is better.
  • Serve as the primary technical voice in early customer conversations and shape the product around real workflows.
  • Focus on traction before scale, validating the venture before expanding team and scope.
  • Contribute to fundraising activities, including investor conversations and due diligence.
  • Recruit and grow the technical team when the time is right and help establish the company’s culture.
  • Co-create with FutureSight’s cross-functional team, operating as a true partner in product, technology, hiring, fundraising, and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users under real-world constraints.
  • Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures.
  • Strong system design instincts with a bias for simplicity and maintainability.
  • Ability to turn messy product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specs.
  • Comfort in customer conversations and close attention to real workflows.
  • Rigorous approach to verification, including feedback loops and evaluation systems.
  • Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader.
  • Fundraising experience is a strong plus.
  • Full-time, exclusive commitment to building a single B2B AI venture from the ground up.
