Description

  • Own problem framing, architecture, system design, and technical judgment from day one.
  • Translate rough product intent into clear structure, constraints, and specifications for human and AI execution.
  • Use modern tools and frontier models to build fast while maintaining quality and maintainability.
  • Design agentic systems and decide when orchestration is valuable versus when simplicity is better.
  • Serve as the primary technical voice in early customer conversations and shape the product around real workflows.
  • Drive traction before scale by validating the product before expanding the team.
  • Contribute to fundraising, including investor conversations and due diligence.
  • Recruit and grow the technical team when the timing is right.
  • Help establish the company’s technical and cultural foundation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users under real-world constraints.
  • Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures.
  • Strong system design instincts with a bias for simplicity and maintainability.
  • Ability to translate messy product intent into clear specs, constraints, and execution plans.
  • Comfort engaging directly with customers and using real workflows to shape product decisions.
  • Rigorous approach to verification, including feedback loops and evaluation systems.
  • Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader.
  • Fundraising experience is a strong plus.
  • Full-time, exclusive commitment to building a single venture from the ground up.
  • Founder mindset with comfort in ambiguity and a willingness to work independently.
