Description

  • Set the technical direction of the venture and own execution as a co-founder, not a hired executive.
  • Write the first lines of production code and define the architecture, data model, engineering culture, and security posture.
  • Build the browser extension, endpoint agent, 15-minute refresh pipeline, and zero-content-retention system.
  • Ship the discovery layer with design partners and deliver the U×P×V framework with GitHub and Jira correlation.
  • Release the GA v1 platform with governance controls aligned to EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF.
  • Launch the governed AI access hub and a vertical specialization within 18 months.
  • Represent the company to CIOs, Chief AI Officers, CFOs, security teams, and investors.
  • Lead SOC 2 Type II readiness and ensure the platform meets enterprise audit, tenant isolation, and data residency requirements.
  • Recruit and lead the founding engineering and applied AI team.
  • Establish the company’s technical and cultural foundation in partnership with FutureSight and the incoming CEO co-founder.

Requirements

  • Prior founder, founding engineer, or early-stage technical leadership experience.
  • Experience shipping data-intensive, multi-tenant SaaS products into enterprise production.
  • Experience selling into or building for enterprise buyers such as CIOs, CFOs, and CISOs.
  • Strong full-stack experience with browser extensions, endpoint agents, high-throughput event ingestion, real-time analytics, applied LLMs, and secure multi-tenant SaaS.
  • Experience with SOC 2, tenant isolation, audit logging, and data residency requirements.
  • Well-formed convictions about telemetry design and privacy-preserving instrumentation based on production experience.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Strongly preferred: background in enterprise observability, FinOps, security analytics, or governance/GRC.
  • Strongly preferred: experience shipping browser extensions or endpoint agents at enterprise scale.
  • Strongly preferred: applied LLM evaluation experience and familiarity with EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF.
