Description

  • Build and maintain an AI-powered HR chatbot to answer employee questions about policies, leave, payroll, and benefits.
  • Design, test, and improve chatbot conversation flows, instructions, and response accuracy.
  • Digitise and organise HR policy documents so AI systems can reference them correctly.
  • Analyse employee queries to identify documentation gaps and recommend content updates.
  • Automate repetitive HR operations such as leave tracking, onboarding checklists, exit checklists, and document collection.
  • Build AI agents and automated workflows to monitor, update, and distribute HR dashboards and key metrics.
  • Automate performance management workflows including reminders, form collection, status tracking, and escalation nudges.
  • Create tools and dashboards for performance data aggregation, visualisation, and summary reporting.
  • Develop recruiting dashboards and automated reports for talent acquisition metrics and hiring funnel analytics.
  • Automate finance workflows such as invoice processing, expense categorisation, reimbursement tracking, and anomaly detection.
  • Map manual finance processes, propose AI-based alternatives, and test and document automation tools before rollout.

Requirements

  • B.Tech degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Electronics, or a related branch.
  • 2024 or 2025 pass-out.
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI tools through projects, hackathons, internships, or self-built tools.
  • Working knowledge of Python, including writing scripts, using libraries, and debugging independently.
  • Strong understanding of at least one AI/ML concept such as LLMs, NLP, classification, or automation pipelines.
  • Comfort with Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Drive, as well as cloud-based tools.
  • Excellent written communication in English for specifications, documentation, and chatbot content.
  • Ability to manage work independently, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate blockers.
  • Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini is preferred.
  • Familiarity with no-code or low-code tools such as Zapier, Make, Botpress, or Flowise is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HR or Finance workflows from coursework, projects, or prior exposure is preferred.
  • A GitHub profile, portfolio, or other public evidence of prior work is preferred.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or building chatbots is preferred.
