Description

  • Set the venture strategy, including the target customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead customer development by running pilots with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders and converting them into paid engagements.
  • Build and own the go-to-market motion for the business.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s culture and operating foundation from inception.
  • Work closely with the FutureSight studio team as a co-creation partner.
  • Shape the product around end-to-end denied and aged claims recovery workflows.

Requirements

  • Direct exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management.
  • Understanding of denial codes and the differences between administrative denials and other claim issues.
  • Familiarity with fragmented healthcare billing systems such as Tebra, eClinicalWorks, and Availity.
  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Ability to submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief note explaining founder fit and motivation.
  • Experience working with or building products in healthtech, revenue cycle, or adjacent operational workflows (preferred).
