Description

  • Set the venture’s strategy, direction, and execution as Co-Founder & CEO.
  • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead customer development with VPs, operations managers, and merchandise planners at importers, distributors, and multi-channel retail brands.
  • Convert pilots into paid engagements and build the go-to-market motion.
  • Partner with FutureSight’s product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation from inception.
  • Work closely with FutureSight’s cross-functional team as a true co-creation partner.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Deep operational exposure to merchandise planning, inventory management, and multi-channel retail operations.
  • Experience working with SMB operators in physical inventory-heavy businesses (preferred).
  • Familiarity with importers, distributors, Amazon aggregators, or specialty retail brands (preferred).
  • Ability to submit a resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief founder-fit note as part of the application.
