Description

  • Set the venture strategy, including ICP, pricing model, and product positioning for the AEC vertical wedge.
  • Lead customer development by running pilots with mid-market AEC firms and converting them into paid engagements.
  • Build the go-to-market motion through AEC networks, marketing associations, and industry partnerships.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Focus product development on compliance extraction, semantic mapping, and SME workflows.
  • Lead the seed fundraise with support from FutureSight's network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop the founding team.
  • Establish the cultural foundation of the company.
  • Operate as the venture's CEO in a true co-creation model with the FutureSight studio.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to AEC, government contracting, proposal management, or B2B SaaS for professional services.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
  • Ability to apply for the role with a resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note on founder fit.
