Description

  • Lead the launch of the new venture and own the company’s direction as founding CEO.
  • Win early customers by starting with internal design partners and expanding to external creators, teams, and agencies.
  • Validate retention and willingness to pay through customer development and market feedback.
  • Work with FutureSight’s product and engineering pod to build and launch the initial product V1.
  • Raise the seed round with the studio’s initial investment and develop investor narratives.
  • Build and lead the founding team while establishing the company’s culture.
  • Own full P&L responsibility for the new entity.
  • Engage daily with the FutureSight team to drive product launch, initial traction, and fundraising readiness.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience, such as co-founding a product company or B2B SaaS venture, or experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to craft investor narratives and close capital; fundraising fluency is required.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to attract, coach, and retain top talent.
  • Experience in creator economy, marketing tech, social platforms, or knowledge work tooling.
  • Full-time and exclusive commitment to building and owning the venture.
  • Founder-level drive and startup scrappiness for taking ownership from start to finish.
  • Risk appetite and capacity suited to an entrepreneurial venture.
  • Well-networked in fintech and early-stage communities.
  • Experience operating at the intersection of content, AI, and knowledge workflows is preferred.
