Description

  • Build and deliver AI/ML and data solutions on Azure with minimal oversight.
  • Apply modern frameworks, tools, and engineering practices to design scalable solutions.
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and quality expectations.
  • Contribute to discovery sessions and solution-design workshops with technical insight.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable, well-structured technical components.
  • Build trust with client stakeholders through thoughtful communication and high-quality delivery.
  • Work independently within project teams to deliver assigned components on time and with quality.
  • Collaborate with architects and project leads to address technical and delivery challenges.
  • Support pre-sales and proposal development by providing technical expertise.
  • Share knowledge with peers and junior team members and contribute to practice assets such as best practices, frameworks, and accelerators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ability to independently contribute across most areas of AI solution delivery.
  • Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
  • Experience with agents and orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar tools.
  • Experience implementing search and retrieval solutions using vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, or Milvus.
  • Experience with evaluation, quality, and LLM operations, including golden datasets, hallucination and groundedness validation, toxicity and safety testing, telemetry, and monitoring.
  • Experience applying responsible AI, security, and privacy practices, including threat modeling, privacy reviews, data minimization, guardrails, and auditability.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Databricks, Azure OpenAI, and modern cloud data platforms.
  • Experience designing APIs, containers, microservices, and DevOps pipelines for cloud-native solutions.
  • Experience developing and managing data pipelines, quality controls, metadata practices, and master data management approaches.
  • Experience delivering insights with Power BI or other visualization tools.
  • Proficiency with modern development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
  • Ability to work with little to no oversight while delivering assigned work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate technical work into business value during client interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn.
  • Ability to balance autonomy with teamwork and contribute reliably to larger project goals.
