Description

  • Define the venture’s target customer wedge, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead customer development with creators, teams, and agencies to validate retention and willingness to pay.
  • Build the go-to-market motion through creator-led distribution and external user acquisition.
  • Partner with FutureSight’s product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on feedback.
  • Focus product development on extraction quality, clustering relevance, and draft usefulness.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and traction.
  • Recruit, hire, and lead the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation and operating norms.
  • Set the overall direction of the venture and own execution as CEO.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to craft investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to the creator economy, marketing tech, social platforms, or knowledge work tooling.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
  • Willingness to apply with a resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief note on founder fit.
