Description

  • Set the venture strategy, including the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning across logistics segments.
  • Lead customer development by running pilots with freight brokerages, converting them to paid engagements, and building the go-to-market motion.
  • Work with the FutureSight product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Prioritize and oversee product integration needs, including TMS and load board integrations and autonomous workflow execution.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight's network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop the founding team.
  • Establish the company's culture and operating foundation.
  • Drive the venture from inception as the operating CEO in partnership with the studio.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software serving these industries.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Willingness to apply with a resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief founder-fit note.
