Description

  • Set the venture’s strategy, including ICP, pricing, and product positioning across logistics customer segments.
  • Lead customer development by running pilots with freight brokerages and converting them into paid engagements.
  • Build the go-to-market motion targeting leaders in logistics, supply chain, and operations.
  • Partner with product and engineering to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Oversee integrations with TMS platforms, load boards, and autonomous workflow execution capabilities.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s culture and operating foundation from inception.
  • Operate as CEO in a co-creation model with FutureSight’s cross-functional studio team.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software serving these industries.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Comfort working in a founder-equity, non-salaried co-founder arrangement.
