Description

  • Support regular website audits to maintain technical health and SEO best practices.
  • Perform keyword research to inform content planning and page optimization.
  • Improve site performance, crawlability, metadata, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Monitor organic rankings, traffic, and conversions and report progress regularly.
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns under guidance.
  • Track conversion performance and help identify ROI opportunities across paid and organic efforts.
  • Collaborate with writers and designers to produce and maintain SEO-friendly content.
  • Maintain a keyword-based content calendar and optimize existing pages and blogs.
  • Help maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for SEO, traffic, and lead generation.
  • Assist with A/B tests, landing page optimization, and conversion-focused UX/content improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, content optimization, or digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO basics, including indexing, metadata, crawlability, site structure, and Core Web Vitals fundamentals.
  • Experience with keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Familiarity with link-building strategies and content promotion.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
  • Ability to interpret data and create clear reports with actionable insights.
  • Basic understanding of CRO concepts and how users navigate websites.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Must reside in Latin America and have work authorization there; must also be available to work with significant overlap with Mountain Standard Time (MST).
