Description

  • Perform business analysis, application configuration, and deployment within the Digital Manufacturing Operations team.
  • Execute solutions aligned with the strategic vision of the digital manufacturing product suite.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements and technical solutions that streamline manufacturing operations.
  • Contribute to ongoing initiatives by delivering projects, enhancements, and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with factory personnel, SMEs, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Translate business needs into requirements and technical direction for software developers.
  • Gather business requirements and support deployment and implementation of small- and medium-sized projects.
  • Support troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing application or server-related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience, or Associate’s degree plus 5 years of experience, in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technology, including information architecture, information analysis, or software development team support.
  • Ability to translate business needs to software developers.
  • Experience with technical writing and diagramming.
  • Strong SQL experience.
  • Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and testing Windows Server applications.
  • Experience working on highly collaborative, large cross-functional projects.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and supporting deployment and implementation of projects.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Broad understanding of manufacturing operations and key deliverables.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and digital research skills.
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
  • Understanding of digital platforms, data/function integration, and information architecture.
  • Bonus/preferred: mobile solutions experience, SAP EWM integration, SAP PP/MM/QM knowledge, Azure cloud, and C# or Java (JSP) troubleshooting.
